Education is the newest Department of the college. At the moment the Department offers the General course. Three–year B.A. General Syllabus for Education consists of four papers. In Paper–I, Principles of Education, is taught to give an idea about the concept, scope, functions, aims, factors agencies and different methods of education. Paper–II, Educational Psychology, tells about child Psychology and its development at different stages. It tells about how importance of the factors of personality, emotion, habit, intelligence and interest affect child’s development at different stages. Paper–III deals with the development of Education in Modern India. It is taught to give an idea about concept of education and its development in different eras. Paper–IV tells about various evolution procedures in education and importance of guidance and counselling in education.
