Payments

Fees Payment Instruction:

1. Monthly tuition fees together with laboratory fees will have to be paid by the 15th of everymonth, otherwise a fine of Rs. 5/- will be charged for every month.

2. If a student does not pay fees for three consecutive months, his/her name will be struck off from the College rolls. In such case, name of the student concerned may be restored on payment of Rs. 150/-.

3. All students are to pay in advance full College fees up to the month of June before they appear at the College Test or Annual Examination.

4. All students who have been promoted from 1st Year to 2nd Year, 2nd Year to 3rd Year. Year classes are to pay annual fees before commencement of classes.

5. Fees and other payments must be paid in  cash; cheques aare not accepted.

6. Fees paid are not refundable.

7. Any damage of a costly instrument/apparatus in the laboratory by a student, would entail an immediate payment by him/her of the amount of the loss estimated by the college.

8. Costs for the loss and damage of library books as well as computers are to be recovered from the students.
