Candidates appearing for B.A. /B.Sc. Part I /Part II (1+1+1 system) or Semester 2 /4 (CBCS system) Hons /General Examination 2020 are asked to read the instructions carefully before appearing for the internal assessment.

Who are eligible to appear for internal assessment?

All candidates appearing as a whole in B.A./B.Sc. Part I and Part II Examinations or B.A./B.Sc. Semesters II and Semester IV Examinations (all fresh candidates), as per relevant CSR.

All candidates who have previously failed in one or more papers/ subjects (as the case may be) either in B.A./B.Sc. Part I or Part II or both, but have cleared B.A./B.Sc. Part III examinations.

All candidates who have not cleared one or more subjects/courses of previous B.A./B.Sc. Semester II/ IV examinations or failed to appear in any of their previous B.A./B.Sc. even Semester examinations.

When and how this assessment will be held?

The eligible candidates have to appear for tests which will be held during the period 02-13 December, 2020. A detailed time table is given inside the instruction which can be downloaded (see at the top of this page).

The assessment will be held purely online. Question set of every paper will be available for downloading from the college website shortly (approximately 15 minutes) before its commencement. Candidates are advised to note carefully what are the papers applicable for them and the schedule for the same. They will need to send the scanned copy of their answer-script in PDF format to appropriate e-mail address within 15 minutes after the scheduled hour of the examination. They must follow the guidelines given inside the instructions (see at the top of this page) while naming/preparing the PDF file.

The questions will be either multiple choice question type (MCQ) or short answer question type. The detailed structure of each type of question paper are given inside the instruction which can be downloaded (see at the top of this page).

Full marks of each paper will be 50 for both CBCS and (1+1+1) system. The total time allotted for any kind of paper is 1 hour. Only exception will be for ENVS paper where full marks is 35 and the time allotted is 45 minutes.
